Nice Job Bruce.
I completely missed that you had done that write up.

For the record, I had tried the other way, and cheked the '69 rotor on a '72 spindle, but never gpt a chance to check the reverse swap. Modly never mentiond an issue though. I sent him the caliper bracket, dust sheild, and bolts.

Who did the HTML though?

Stampie, would you mind if I rewote it so the fullsize pictires are more obvious?
They display as 293x220 but the actuall images are 1024x768. The way it's currentlky done you downlowd the entier image and the browser scales it to the small size. It's make more sense to download a smaller image with a link to the full size image (with a note to click the images to see them full size).

Yea I just did a quick and dirty save as html type thing.  Seems I have less spare time as I get older.  If you want to redo it that's fine with me.  Wasn't someone going to write up the whole disc brake conversion thing?

Modly dropped the ball on the disc brake conversion article, if I did the swap I would have wrote the article. i started the disc brake swap discussion and perhaps he was just getting started on the project, whatever.

At least we have a thread with all the info. Can that get edited or saved somehow ?

No point in rehashing the info over and over. What do you expect for free anyway ? LOL

Ok I am very pleased to announce that the Modified Chapter is now hosting a documents section.  This is intended to be an area for scans of Cadillac documents so that they will not be lost for the ages.

They can be found at http://www.modifiedcadillac.org/documents/ and I will be updating the home page to reflect that shortly.

Thanks to Mike Jones and STDog for all the work so far.

If anyone has scans (prefer the highest quality possible) they would like to add then please email me.

Right now I am in the process of our latest update on the scans.  That brings us to 1,170 documents scanned so far.  Thanks again for the all the work getting them to me.

The Master Parts Lists will coordinate well with the Illustrated Parts Catalogs and they cover a wide range of years, not all but many of our favorites.   Cool

Did you mean 'is there a page MISSING?

If so then the answer is: 'Probably not'. 

Often there are blank pages that get deleted so as not to waste the bandwidth.  Keep looking, you'll find more instances.
