Because of spammers I need anyone wanting to register for the pictues section to email me ( stampie@stampie.com ) first with their user name and "pictures section" in the subject line.  Then register for the Pictures section.  Once I get both emails I will approve you.

Hello Stampie.  Am too dumb with compfusers... cannot discern where the pictures are to be hung.  I remember years ago, there was an 'albums' folder, but now am lost in space.  Embarrassed 
This "Pictures section"  is a dedicated place "section" to post; or is it to insert them into discussions text?
Your "Then register for the Pictures section"  means there is another registration site to enter membership data (where do I go?) or current members here are already valid ?

Replacement for the old albums.

Separate registration. Cannot include them in posts, as embedding pictures in the text is turned off.

When did the pictures embedded in the posts get turned off?
I've never posted pics to a picture section before?  Did I miss
something?

You are confusing two separate things.  The pictures section is a place to host pictures.  You can find it http://www.modifiedcadillac.org/pictures/index.php?cat=1 .  Other than Bruce's temporary ban you can post pictures inside of the forum but they do not have to be in the pictures section.
