Hi All, I am a members of a number of forums, but this one seems to be the one I really belong with, as I have a Cadillac and it is modified, only small minor mods at present, but buying another 61 next year and going all out, the minor mods I have on my current 61 4 door are: Painted the front grille matt black and screwed 60 plus stainless steel bullets into the existing rivets, put bullets over the indicator lights up the front, two hand cast skulls with red LEDs in the eye sockets are located between the front headlights and the rear tail lights, the rear skulls eye sockets light up with the brakes, the rear taillights have had 59 Caddy bullet lens grafter over the original lights and LEDs replace the old globes, I have 15 inch Smoothie rims with baby moon caps, duel 2 inch exhaust system with no mufflers, just a resonator both sides, gives a nice growl when you plant the foot, limo tint on windows, pearled steering wheel, and the whole thing sits nice and low on natural 50 year old coils, the front has half inch chopped out and a full trunk makes sure the rear sits down. oh yea! and I had it converted for duel fuel, so not only does it run on petrol, but LPG gas as well, so its cheap to run, $30 in the tank and around 3 to 4 hours of driving pleasure. See pics attached. Regards CaddyDaddy

G'day Milton,

Welcome to the Modified Chapter.

Just been reading your feature in Unique Cars.

Will you be in Toowoomba next year?   If so, see you there.

Bruce. Evil

PS.   Finished reading the article and noticed the little present you also received for the article.   Now you won't have any trouble in doing what you want to do to her. Wink

Nicely modified. I really like the dark roof with the light body; it almost looks chopped just because of the color contrast.
Do you have any links to the articles/

CaddyDaddy,  I love the REAR end of the '61-'62's it's the FRONT end that I never have liked.  Looks way too much like a Chevy for me.
The rest of the car is awesome though!!

Yea with the front the side by side lights some people like em, some people prefer the stacked headlights, not much you can do with em, but the grill is what I attacked to give it that totally different look, when you walk around the front of the car the black grill with the stainless bullets with a side view, just looks like they are just sticking right out, at night it looks great. Thanks for the comment. Did you see the YouTube clip with Jemma, she's a hot chick.

Yea man. Nice car. These models are growing on me too. Totally dig the dark top. Im usually not a fan of tinted windows but you did it right, using a white car. I had a 63 coupe deville with the same wheels! Its a rare look, that somehow works great.

Thanks, yea I really like the black top and white bottom, you would not believe how many people come up to me and say its a beautiful convertible, mostly at night, as from a short distance with the windows down it does look like a 4 door convertible with the top up, mostly for those people who don't know a whole lot about cars that is, although you would be surprised.
