So the fuel gauge and water temp gauges dont read, nor my clock. I changed the water temp sending unit and also had my tank down and the sending unit is all good, no rust in tank, and it even ohms out properly (and is grounded on frame).

My dad mentioned that there may be something on the back of the gauge cluster like a relay or something that goes bad; but before i start tearing into my dash I figured I'd ask you guys if anyone has solved this issue or something similar!?

Thanks guys!~

Did you check your fuses in the fuse block under the driver's side of the dash?

Yah,  all but the clock are on the same fuse.  Clock is likely something different.  But the same fuse controls fuel, oil, temp, gen, and back-up lights.  Are your back-up lights working?  The fuse may test good, but the connection on the back of the fuse box can go bad.  It's a pink wire in the corner of the box.  See corner of attached pic.  You can also see the pink wires that go to all the gauges and dash indicator lights.

I am not around the car now but I believe all the fuses are good; and yes the backup lights do work. I'll have to check the connection on that pink wire!

I believe the clock is on the same circuit as the courtesy lights under the dash overhang and the lighters.

All my courtesy lights work as well; as far as the clock is concerned i think it's just toasted... but i think the gauges will work if I can find the issue.

The clocks are repairable. Do a search for the subject and you'll find a provider. I bought a second clock on eBay for my car and installed a quartz movement in it. Works great. The original is in the garage, it's been rebuilt but I don't use it.
