Hey everyone. My name is Jeff I'm 24 and I have a 66 Deville that I drive everyday. I had never known about this forum until about a month ago when I started having engine troubles. A little bit about my car's history. It was Originally purchased in California, Septemper of 1966. Then it was moved to Arizona where I am at. I am the third owner of it and I love everything about it. Of course I couldn't have a standard stock ride. That's not how I roll haha. It always ran great until one day. I couldn't figure it for the life of me. Until I found this site. I searched all the threads and narrowed it down to a dirty carb and bad point's. It runs like a champ now and I just wanted to say thank you to all of you and your knowledge . I took it out cruzn today and it ran so well. I pulled over to take a pic in Phoenix to share with you.. again, thank you all. Jeff.

Hey Jeffro! Good to see you over here. Nice car Dude. What kind of air ride set up do you have?
I have a custom setup. Slam specialties bags, Two 7gal tanks, and two Viair compressors. 8 switches. front , back, side to side and pancake. Mild C notch in rear and had to notch the floor under rear seat for drive shaft. factory link set up in rear. It's a pretty simple set up. Have all of my switches hidden in the car so when I show it you don't see a long wire loom or switched mounted to the dash. I hate that haha. Way to ruin a nice clean dash stock interior and dash. factory radio. Two 10" subs in trunk and the new radio is hidden in the glove box. built panels for the trunk to hide my air tanks and speaker box. The engine compartment is next. I will soon be posting lots of pics with arrows and asking what I can get rid of and what I cant. I really want to clean it all up.

Yes, pics! Nice looking SDV.
Arrows. Ha! You can probably delete the cruise-control unit. And if you don't plan on having working AC, there's a lot to clean up there. The rest of the climate control stuff would be hard to 'clean up' without aborting it. Convert to an internally regulated alternator and you can delete the voltage regulator. If it's a California car, you can remove the air pump.

Wow she is a beauty. I live in Tucson and have a 67 2 door deville I am working on right now. How much did your airbag setup run you roughly? I am looking to do the same with my baby.
